Project Manager

Job Summary:

· highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate smart factory automation initiatives within semiconductor manufacturing operations. strong background in IT project management, combined with hands-on experience in semiconductor manufacturing environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for smart factory automation initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, IT, and external vendors to deliver automation solutions.

  • Manage integration of MES, SFI, EI, Scheduling, EI , Automation.

  • Ensure alignment of IT infrastructure with manufacturing goals, including data acquisition, analytics, and predictive maintenance.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in automation processes and digital transformation.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, cybersecurity protocols, and data governance policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments.

  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly stressed, highly technical, and collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Added advantage for proven experience with smart factory technologies such as MES, AMHS, applications in manufacturing.

  • Familiarity with tools like Siemens Camstar, Applied Materials FAB300, or similar MES platforms.

  • Experience with data integration platforms (e.g., OPC UA, MQTT, REST APIs).

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in industrial environments.

  • Agile/Scrum methodology experience is a plus, PMP cert is a plus.
